Straight Talk Wireless in Mesa, Arizona - Broken phone right after I received it.

Phone broke 5 days after received, sent phone back, given wrong information for replacement phone tracking. Took two weeks to get new phone, customer service dept. refused to give me any more of a credit other than the days I didn't have service. They said they notated my account from the day it stopped working, they didn't. Tried to give wrong amount of credit days. Spoke to supervisor who couldn't figure out days, I had to figure out for her and explain ten times until she figured it out. Finally received credit, what happened to good customer service. Non existent.

Straight Talk Wireless - Second phone programmed to fail after 12 months.

I bought a new $200+ phone from Straight Talk that was defective. I was told to send it back for a replacement. The replacement was rebuilt with a 12 month warranty. The second phone was OK but later started randomly powering off. Straight Talk Customer Service told me, twice, that because the phone was more than 12 months old, it was programmed to fail and it was time for me to buy a new phone!!!!!! When I told them I wasn't buying a new phone every year, they said there was nothing they could do!!! Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Straight Talk Wireless in Graniteville, South Carolina - PHONE 1/2 WORKS

I bought Samsung phone at wal-mart from straight talk. Have had the same problems over and over again with the phone, which is I can SOMETIMES talk on it, I can SOMETIMES send a text message, it will SOMETIMES stay on and not reset itself. Straight talk will not replace the phone because when she placed a call to it, it worked. I explained that it does work 1/2 the time. I bought the wal-mart product replacement plan, they won't replace the phone because it should still be under manufactures warranty...bottom line I am out of 250.00 plus the phone. They say you get what you pay for but I am getting screwed, therefore never will I buy another straight talk phone nor a wal-mart replacement plan. And I strongly advise everyone else to consider another company.

Straight Talk Wireless in Newark, New Jersey - No Replacement Phone after 3+ weeks

I was told my ticket was processed again and again. today I call and find out my phone isn't in stock anymore and they offered an INFERIOR phone.

So now I have a new ticket to dispute the replacement.

the phone they offered has less features, worth 90.00 less, smaller screen, less battery life, and bulkier. I have put in a request for a phone that is actually comparable to mine, at a 40 value loss i'm hoping because it is still 40 less than my phones value that I can get it approved but of course they waited until Saturday to tell me about it so it cant be addressed until Monday, further delaying my getting any phone at all.

On June 14th my phone stopped working and I began the process to get a replacement phone, after 2 employees, 6 managers, and almost a week after the warehouse FINALLY received my defective phone, a replacement still has not been shipped out. yesterday a manager said the warehouse lost my old phone, she contacted corporate and said that corporate overrode whatever and said to send the phone. she swore it would go out by this morning. I called back, the warehouse is waiting on an email from corporate. I really cannot take this anymore, I paid over 190 dollars for this phone, plus insurance and have been a loyal customer for over 2 years. I am extremely dissatisfied and distressed. I tried calling corporate numbers = answering machine Every day I call the manager and they are still waiting for an email from corporate to release my replacement phone from the warehouse. Countless misinformation the entire time. I still have no phone, and the company obviously doesn't want any more of my money.

Same thing is happening to me...there do many people going throug this! They have had my phone for a month and still keep saying that they can't verify that it's there when we got the name that signed it day it got there and Time all by the USPS. I feel like sueing their company!

Straight Talk Wireless - Poor Customer Service/

I will never use straight talk again. I had a phone that was defective and I call tech support for assistance. The rep could not resolve my issue and told me that my phone was defective. They sent me via email a return shipping label. Fedex picked the package up on June 14, 2013 and I still have not received my replacement phone and I have been lied to several times, and they cut my freaking phone off before my month was up. I will never use their services again. This company is filled with liars and especially ones who can not speak fluent english!!!!!! Stop supporting them the jobs are over in the Phillipines....... That's why the have the worst customer service possible. Bring the jobs back to the USA where we can get some great customer service!!!

filipinos does speak more fluent english and even more in correct grammar than of those most american does.. example?

you americans say "i ain't got no internet" what does that really means? (-)(-)=(+) isn't it? go to fix your grammar first before saying that! you think filipinos are illiterate?

then who always call the CSR to have their issues resolve? you americans are always dependent on the CSR. you cant even look for a way first, just even transferring the contacts from your phone to the mem card and back you do not even know!

what a shame.. :p

After 7 calls to a non customer service dept., none of the non- English speaking reps. could determine a fix for my problem. The phone could not use SD memory Only 157MB of memory is usable. Phone was under warranty and needed replacement. They would replace the phone within 2 weeks after receiving the defective phone. That would mean 3 weeks with no phone. LG phone. They do no support the warranty on their phones. The actions they had me take were not even specific to my phone, rather generic fixes that appeared to be read from a script. Buyer beware!!
