Straight Talk Wireless - Review in Telecommunications category
I too have had nothing but similar problems with byot and bop. The iPad has never worked for more than two months.
It is on autopsy, so it is not that there was ever a payment problem. The solution I would get was they made us purchase another sim card, and reactivate. All of this of course at extra money. Then when they reactivated, we were given a new "phone" number for the tablet.
They continued to charge us on our credit card for both, so each sim card was active when it came to paying! The next month, we had our cellphone with no service. When we called, we were told that someone had cancelled service for this number. Then to reactivate, we lost three weeks of our autopay for the month.
We were then notified that someone changed our number over. In other words, they were getting their number charged to my autopay. At no time did they offer to make it right or refund monies lost or credit our accounts. Beware everyone.
With multiple devices it is not worth the hassles. We are switching back to AT&T.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
