I lost my straight talk phone but I have a back up phone that I was just going to transfer and activate. My plan was to deactivate the lost phone, activate the new phone and transfer the number. There is no place to deactivate phones. That needs to change. Also, I have...

Straight Talk Wireless - $118 International Card Rip Off
I have a woman in Brazil. She gave me her number. I called and asked straight talk how to call her. The employee said to throw away my new $50 US unlimited plan and buy a $60 international card and add it to my phone. That is all they said. I did. I lost my new plan....

Straight Talk Wireless - Incompetent service

ST lives up to its reputation as the worst in customer service, which is often clueless and takes forever to get your simple details. I damaged a SIM card while changing phones and had to request a new one. It didn't work and they couldn't figure out how to solve the problem. They told me it would take at least 24 hours to fix. After nearly a year with the company I canceled. I walked over to the nearby T-Mobile shop and got a new card and non-contract service in less than half an hour. They told me ST uses their network, so they were able to transfer my old number very quickly. The rates are comparable too. MUCH better customer service. I'm embarrassed that I even used a Walmart company. Also, no refund for the time not used.

I spent $324 on a Samsung Galaxy SII from Wal-Mart for my husband. He kept telling me that it wouldn't charge, so I took it to the repair shop and spend $48 getting a new charging port ordered and installed. Now we have a $372 paper weight because he can't find the OLD...

Straight Talk Wireless - Horrible customer service

I have had numerous problems with straight talk customer service. First is the frustration of their automated voice menu which has you dial the number they themselves provide for home service. After jumping through hoops to get to what you think is the correct service, you will be told they have to transfer you to the correct department. By now you have entered or spoken your phone number about 5 times. Now you get a terrible connection with someone on the other side of the planet who you cannot understand. Don't be surprised if you get hung up on as I have, even though I was courteous. If tbey can't resolve an issue you will be transferred over and over and the process starts again. Horrible! Internatiol calling for 2 months and it does not work. They have you follow a procedure to rectify the problem only to wind at square one. Exasperating! I tried to enroll in auto pay with my credit card and was told I had to call back againAt a later date. What?

Straight Talk Wireless - International plan spent work

The first 2 months with straight talk worked fine, the thirh time I refilled with with the $60 international card, I could only make international calls from the Dayton oh and Detroit mi area. I've called at least 10 times, sometime waiting for over 60 minutes, other times when the rep couldn't solve my problem, said he/she would transfer me to superviser, then had to wait for long time, finally the line cut off. Now in my 5th month, I can only make international calls from a place I've never been before, all my regular routes have been cut off, even though i refilled with the $60 international card. I called again yesterday, had to use my pay as you go phone, waisted at least another 30 min until she was going to transfer me to her superviser after we had turned the phone on and off a few times, the she eighteen hung up or the phone just lost connection... This is horrible service, and this is the last time I'm refilling the phone. My
