Thanks for the heads up. Gotta switch from Cricket.

Dropped calls have nearly ruined my business.

I thought Straight Talk would be the solution. But I don't think so now.

Straight Talk Wireless in Englewood, Colorado - Straight talk is a joke

I have used Straight talk for about 2 years now and loved the service and my phone the first year. For the past year its very difficult to get any type of good customer service, it never fells I am on the phone most of the time without any resolutions for more than an hour, that is IF I am able to even get my call through. When I bought the galaxy from my local walmart I cant recall at this time but there was an issue as to the phone I brung home that night was not able to be activated and I had to use my car,gas and time to go to another Walmart an hour away to return it and get another,in the end when I had the Galaxy all was resolved and the phone and service was great. I purchased a T-Mobile phone and partici[pated in the sim card program, I activated with the sim card and couldn't send of receive pic messaging, I called for the next serveral months with many attempts numerous codes that never was fixed, I called for about 6 months while still paying the $45 dollars a month due to the phone this is the card I had to use. about a week ago I sit down to call knowing it would take hours, was on hold no joke for 1 hour and 45 mins, finally got someone on the phone and he said he could not help me he would transfer me to another department, the line went back to the original prompt when you first call in,sit another hour got someone on the phone they too had to transfers me I said wait the last time it sent me back to the original prompt he gave me a direct number so he says and transferred me to a busy tone, I called back in and I received a recording advising me that due to high call volume my call could not be taken,,at this point I had to get up and do things from being on the phone all evening. the next day I called finally after many attempts got a very rude male on the phone by the name of Alvin, I was on the phone at this time for two hours and 45 mins. The night before I was told didn't even ask that I would be compensated for my time,i mentioned this to the male he said there was no note, I asked him to listen to the tape he changed the subject in the end the male advised he would extend my service for 6 days 3 days later my service was off. I have not purchased another service card because I feel violated and dont want to gice another dollar from my pocket.when I advised the male I was calling in trying to fix my picture messaging problem he asked why I hadn't called in, I had been calling for the past several months, when I know I will be on the phone for a long time guaranteed, no I don't wana call in. he went on to give me several codes and such,so the original this man made me feel as if I were bothering him with my problems.problem was never resolved and I was told at this time after months that this was not possible to do at my location. I have wasted my hard earn money for half a year and at this point refuse to give another dollar of mine to straight talk as I don't mind paying for what I use but at this point am highly considering another carrier, don't want to but feel as if I have went above and beyond my call on a customers side

Straight Talk Wireless in Kalamazoo, Michigan - I Cannot Activate New Phone

I have been trying to activate my new cell phone for 3 days now. The contact phone number does not work.It is not on my end as I went to the local Wal-Mart and had them try. They get the same non answer I get.Asked to transfer a existing number to my new straight talk phone and they ask if I am calling from my existing phone, say thank you and then disconnect. I have tried to create a account online and that goes in the same non-circles. E-mails take up to five days for a response, you can't create a account online, and the phone number to switch a number to a new phone is worthless. My checking account is debited 45.00 a month and is current I would like this transferred to a new straight talk phone Can you spare a few minutes to give me a contact number with a live person so that I may use one of your phones and continue my existing service. This is possibly the worst service I have ever paid for. Please give me live contact information

Straight Talk Wireless in Dallas, Texas - Getting Service /Tech Support

Unable to set up auto refill (today) online and auto phone service is poor. Have Great service as long as I can keep my phone activated. thanks for letting me vent... Just purchased a new phone, Motorola Flip Phone, and after numerous attempts (online) the service was transferred from my old phone except for information (i.e. pics, contact info, folders, etc.). Had NO phone service for 2 days, called numerous times, getting your automated service and it could not resolve my problem. You deactivated my old phone before activating my new phone. Please tell me you can transfer my old phone info, i.e. pics, contact numbers, folders to my new phone?

If there business model is to sucker people in with a cheap price and a no money back guarantee, then frustrate them until they go to an other company it worked.

Have fun with your month and a half profit straight talk.

save money...get what you pay for.
