Amazingly after all the wasted time over phone-calls, only a post here enabled to get my disappointment heard. Finally Straight Talk agreed to refund my lost credit. Does not justify or compensate of my lost business phone number and it is sad that they only started taking me seriously after a bad review post...well, at least they show some sort of understanding now.

got my phone active it and went to add an app and was told that the phone had no storage call straight talk to be told to manufacture reset then asked to send it back they sent me a bad phone bought it as a christmas present for my wife now here it has pasted and still don't have a phone or the money back they are pieces of *** i cant believe that a phone company can be soo so *** but you get what u paid for *** service with *** customer service probably ran by obama and his wife

Ought a new phone, tried to activate, over 5 calls, 10 plus hours doing the same thing again and again, no resolution, refused to replace phone, please dont tell me to call, your call center isa ridiculous waste of time Repe kept getting errors and unable to provide satisfaction Took battery and sim card and turned phone off and on multiple time, they wete unable to get supervisor help, asked for my address at least 10 times Made promises they didnt keep, wasted my time and theirs, this is the worst customer service i have ever experienced, i will be sure to spread the word

Straight Talk Wireless in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma - Sim Card Failure?

Called to make payment, computer displayed "error" and told me to call. I called and had a hard time talking with someone who could speak CLEAR English. But was told the sim card was bad and they would send me a new one in 3 to 5 days. I was notified they shipped it out two days AFTER I called and was told they would send me a new one. 7 days later I received the WRONG one. Would take another 7 days? Went to store a bought a new one for $65.00 and then called to speak with manager. I was told that the card I had for two months was not activated yet, I explained to her everything that had gone on and once she understood she gave me 5 days extra for my troubles and I was able to get my phone back in service. After all the telephone calls to the company and having to fight through their answering system I was able to get some help. They need to add an option to talk with a person at some point. It Would even be BETTER to have one person (Clear English speaking) I can call my rep to help me so we get to know each other.

I too have had many issues with my phone, but I found this email address to the company and they fixed my problem right away. Some problems may require a little more time to fix but the people at this address are very good.

Straight Talk Wireless in San Jose, California - Horrible Customer Service

After 8 chat sessions, talking to 9 customer service agents on the phone and purchasing 2 SIM activation kits I am still unable to get my service setup. They are shipping me a new SIM card today but I just saw from the confirmation that they sent out the wrong type. After talking to FOUR more agents, I cannot get them to ship the correct one until I receive the wrong one and read them the serial number. The customer service agents at Straight Talk ARE THE WORST I've ever encountered. They are slow, do not speak English very well and quite often just "drop" the call.

Straight Talk Wireless - Sim Card Review

I've had a Nokia lumia windows phone with a straight talk sim card. However, I have never been able to send or receive group texts, or multi media messages. I have called straight talk about this, spent hours talking to someone with an accent I can't even understand, only to get a bunch of run around and lame excuses. Straight talks advertising unlimited talk, text and data is fraudulent. If you can't send and receive half your messages, that's not unlimited. If you can't tether to your own laptop, that's not unlimited.

I've been with straight talk for years but I called on june 6 to get another phone turned on after talking to 3-4 people the last one finally told me I would need a new sim card before putting my minutes on my phone so I got my new sims today and called back and they say my prepaid card is on someone elses phone 45 dillar card I paid for that's y'all fault because I didn't put it on there u might of got 45 dollars from me this time but u never will again that's a promise your consumer service is a joke I'm finding me a new phone company and I advise others to do the same very disappointed I can't believe I ever told family and friends about straight talk never again
