Straight Talk Wireless in Greensboro, North Carolina - The Worst Customer Service Cost me $89

I tried to port my number over the StraightTalk, they messed it up and ask me to order another sim card from them. I did. But when I tried to activate, the customer service then again told me the sim card I ordered would not work and that she would send me another one. I have been without wireless service for close to two weeks. Now, the third sim card arrived today and happened to be a micro sim card and not the nano sim card I was expecting. Because of this much headache, I'm staying with my previous provider and deciding against switching to StraightTalk. Because of StraightTalk no-refund policy, I'm losing $89 in the process. This is my worst customer service experience. I should have looked up reviews before trying to switch.

Straight Talk Wireless in Shawnee, Oklahoma - Wont activate my iPhone

They keep giving me the run around all I wanted to do was switch phones with another straight talk user it's been three days her phone works great but mine still is not working then after it was supposedly processing since yesterday I called today and they claimed my old number was expired lol I can not take these people serious then they we're suppose to be giving me a new number which was suppose to only take an hour so I called back 2 hours laters and they said they couldn't find my SIM card number or some bs and I had already bought a service card over the phone but I have no number to use it with and a non working phone I am beyond pissed

I had straight talk for about a year now and was satisfied with the service until I bought a new phone.I wanted to get my number changed over to the new phone and bought a new straight talk sim card for the phone. I called and wanted my number transferred to the new phone and they told me that it would take 2 to 4 hours for it to change over and that my old phone would keep working until it did.

My old phone stopped working and the new one isn't working either.I've called about 10 times and still no service.The last time I called the recording { I couldn't get a REAL PERSON } said that my phone number didn't exist. What's up with that *** and on top of that, I was going to see if they could put the service back on my old phone and for some reason I get a recording from verison on it and it's a straight talk phone.

It's been 3 days that I've been without a phone. I'm very dissapointed.I WOULD LIKE MY PHONE TO WORK.....

Straight Talk Wireless in Beaverton, Oregon - Ripped me off

I paid $59for for a sim card and minute card 5 days ago and I have been on the phone with people who work for straight talk every day for the past 5 days over a hr each time and now they told me I have to get a new sim card are you kidding me!?!? I paid $59 nothing!!!! What rip offs they only want mine!!! I am going to find somewhere that won't rip me off!!!! Thanx for ripping me off and wasting my time!! I have a lot of family that is with straight talk but after all of this they are thinking twice!!

Straight Talk Wireless in Anoka, Minnesota - Customer Service Sucks! Don't go with this plan!

My daughter has this plan, she called to find out why her sim card wasn't working. The rep was so disrespectful to her. He was from another country so she couldn't understand him. He asked for another number to call her at. So he called mine and he accused her of being a male using a voice translator. And he ended up hanging up. I called back, at the same time he called back. The entire 10min maybe longer. I talked to him and his supervisor, they both repeated the same thing over and over. "I'm sorry, I don't understand you." It was so frustrating. We never got any where and I ended up hanging up.

I have called Straight Talk for 3 days trying to get another phone to work,after buying a battery for the phone .I called to get it going,They could not. So they sent me a new sim card to fit this phone.Called today to get it activated, to put it short and nicely-----they don't know what they are doing!!!!!Now I have 2 Straight talk Phones ,2 sim cards,AND NEITHER ONE WILL WORK.They messed up on their end with the numbers now they can't fix it. I am so disappointed with Straight Talk if I had the money I would change in a flash.Thats why people go to Straight Talk to save money but when they seem to not know what to do to help it makes no sense to have it.I would really like to talk to someone that is in charge, and could get something done.I need HELP!!!!!!

Straight Talk Wireless in Akron, Ohio - Bad phone, bad customer service

Been on phone 4 times with them in 4 days about 3 different phones! First they had to clear my phone out and I lost all my data...(that was my phone) then they tell me a sim card isn't able to transfer to another phone I bought (my daughters) and now my daughter can't send messages (phone I just bought) now they are telling me they don't know whats wrong, can't trouble shoot and I should buy another phone. My response....yea with another *** company. THEY SUCK! And no offense when I press 1 for English I would like to know that the person answering my call might actually speak English!

Straight Talk Wireless in Clermont, Florida - They turned off Mobile Web Access

Had great service for about 3 months. Then my Mobile Web Access was turned off without warning. Called customer No Service and spoke to someone I could hardly understand. Sent me to a recording about too much data usage on an Unlimited Plan. What unlimited plan? Could notmspeakmto anyone who could tell me how to have my data plan reinstated. It's a real scam. I'm going to switch to T-Mobile. I just called them, great customer service guy was very helpful. SIM card was .99 cents, plan $30 a month for 100 minutes calling and unlimited data, throttled after 5 gigs.

Same ol situation -

I reset my factory settings and had tried to talk to tech support to get a walk through to reboot phone.... no such luck

just kept getting sent back to the violation of agreement recording.

Called up Track fone who owns S.T. who could not answer when, how or why my data was "reduce"... although I still can;t access any data - which the rep invalidated :(

Straight Talk Wireless in Mineola, Texas - Unlimited Service, What A Joke!!!!

For All those who did not know this, cause I sure did not. Straight talk SAYS unlimited talk, text, and WEB; but in reality it is not. My internet was cut off today for high usage while I was out of town with no wifi for six weeks. If you call customer service all they do is send you to some bogus recorded message that states that they implemented this on May 31, 2013. The problem is they did such without notifying their customers. This is outrageous, why pay for unlimited if that is not what you are truly getting. If you have straight Talk or are considering getting it I strongly urge you to consider this when purchasing. They will not reimburse me for the false advertisement and they refuse to turn the internet service back on my phone until this service plan runs out in July. I purchased the three month plan prior to leaving for training and was never informed and cannot find any form of notification. They say my only other option is to buy a new BYOP sim card from them at an additional cost. This is truly one of the worst customer service departments, I have ever spoke to!

This customer is telling the truth. Straightalk is full of false advertisement and nobody will help.

Walmart say they give Veterans they do not. My son was in the field they turn his data off and told him to use military WiFi. To the customer whenever your card runs out they are not going to turn your web on. This happened to my son.

I called straight talk myself and the supervisor told me his system don't make mistakes only my race of people did.

Straight talk will never get $ for our service again. I rather pay more $ than have problems from them.

Tried to switch from Straight talk Nokia phone to iPhone unlocked. Carrier failed to transfer number, no sim cards turned out to work. Spent many hours talking to customer service. Long waits, had many transfers, no one seemed to know what was going on. One representative told me he placed an order to replace my sim card, took my shipping address, gave me ticket # to call back to request tracking number. Called back the day i was promised delivery to be here - was told no records of order found under ticket#. Pain in the ***. No working phone and money down the drain.
