I brought a LG Stylo 2 phone at the end of Aug 2016, within the 1st month my SIM card went out for no reason, the company sent me another SIM card.Woke up this morning and once again my phone says invalid SIM card...was working fine last night, i did not drop it or anything!!! Was told I would receive a Sims Card in 3-5 days. When it hasn't shown up, I call back. Then they tell me it still pending. Ask to talk to a floor manager and customer service keeps giving me excuses.

Anonymous They don't say you can use any phone. They have to be compatible. Seems like you were using some cheap phones cause I know most of the newer name brand phones work.

Had a horrible experience. Purchased wrong card, went to Walmart with receipt next day and they said they couldn't refund it or exchange. I would have to csll straight talk.
