Terrible customer service. They ibviously are in India cant understand a word they say.

Had 2 reps, i ordered the sim card and activation. It was sent fedex they require a signature in person. i work, i was not home. I called and asked if it could be sent to my work.NO.

theres a fedex store cliseby NO. Thet wanted me to drive a 240 mike round trip to pick it up at a fedex facility.

So refuse package I better get a credit. Find anither service provider
