I own 3 straight talk phones and when I’m having an issues I can’t understand what there saying. Because they don’t speak English. They transfer you to either a machine or anther prison who can’t speak english. Bring jobs Back to America.

Phone was slow couldnt even get on some sites called them twice last night and first guy hung up when i told him this is illegal second call she hung uo when i told her there is probably a class action lawsuit on them. She tried to tell me i bought the 45 dollar refill card which i always buy the 55 refill fo 10 gb i have noticed that my phone always got slow about 8 to 10 days befote my refill so i think this has been going on since i have been buying the 55 refill. So the lady hung up on me also and im really mad. So next week when i get the 55 refill im documenting every thing and should the once again cut me down to 2gb after i use 5 gb well something has to be done.

I use the smartpay feature, after paying my lease and for the service card i was told my service would be active within three hours. Four hours later i still had no service. After chatting online with customer service at Smartpay i was given a service pin to call and give straight talk. The woman that was trying to help me from straight talk swore to me i did not have service through them. After giving her my phone number, my phones serial number and my sim card number she still claimed i did not have service through them. I have had them for 3 years! She would not transfer me to anyone else or help me in anyway so after talking with her for an hour i hung up. I called back and the man who answered had my phone working in 20 minutes! Incompetent people almost had me switching service!

Straightalk advertises bring your on phone, beware they won't provide tech service. I bought their sim card, transferred service, and phone doesn't ring. I was told that I needed a new sim card and that I would have to purshase a new one as my phone was a bring your on phone. Tech support was of no help at all. Don't transfer your service.

Worst company ever! | Straight Talk Wireless in Nixa, Missouri

Had straight talk for about a month, month 2 rolls around my payment is made and my account is shut off. Called in said the sim card you have wont work in your area. 2 hours. Sim card finally arrives a week later, and despite having to tell them several times and them verifying the phone type, I get the wrong card. Call back in, 3 hours this time, and also my phone number is gone and cannot be retrieved. Now i'm really pissed. 3 days later the new sim card should have been delivered but these *** delivered it to the wrong house, again despite having to tell them several times and them verifying the address. Called again, hung up on twice, 3 hours of "trouble shooting" later, oh geez your sim card wont work. We'll have to send you another new one. Also for some reason I now have a North Dakota area code living in Florida, cant make this *** up folks. So 9 hours of phone trouble shooting, 3 hours of online chat trouble shooting, 4 sim cards and 2.5 weeks later I cant even make a phone call for the service I already paid for, and it is ever so clear that straight talk could not give 2 sh*ts. I would recommend you stay very, very, very, and back up a little more, very far away from this awful company for of incompetent keyboard pushers who don't even speak English at a high school level. They give you all these references numbers every time you call them but when you call back and give it to them there mysteriously no records of anything so I really have to wonder what all those keyboard clicks were for since it was not entering notes obviously. I highly doubt that any of these people answering the phones are capable of tying their own shoes much less providing technical support, or even just support. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
