Just purchased a new straight talk phone which I activated on line. I put my phone number in which I have used over 10 years.

Today I noticed the phone was not listing my number, it was a strange number I had never seen before. I called straight talk, they told me I had turned my number off and requested a new one....which I never did. After 3.5 hours on the phone, they cannot get my number back and it is lost to me forever. On top of that, they charged auto fill again for my monthly billing for the new phone number and the old one had just rolled over.....so now I am out the cost of a new phone and $90 bucks which they will not refund.

Plus they don't even care they just lost a long time customer. NOT HAPPY
