Bought phone and card walmart tried to transfer old# after 3 days call and they say virginmobile didn't release . ( could of email ... I got sales emails right away from straighttalk. but not account info) So had to reup old phone 35 dollars . call straight talk they after 3 days get it transferred so they say , must of worked lost my service on old phone ! NO service on NEW PHONE ..straighttalk .... must be slang for BS... still no phone will have to go to work on Saturday to use phone to try get BS phone to work !!

so far out $149 phone $45 straight talk plan

and $35 for virginmoble top up to try get new phone to work !!

won't tlak about all the BS time not to mention mental aggravation !!
