I have been a Straight Talk customer for many years. A few problems here and there.
Always hard to reach a person.
However, this time, my phone had suddenly died with 52% charge on battery. Late the following day, it made a sound and showed a totally drained battery. Had to charge it all day. Everything worked.
I work from home and needed to call one of my bosses.
Could not be completed. Tried again. Same thing. Tried every so-called help option they have.
Only response was that refill is due 7-30-2021. Today is 7-26-2021.
Not one single option worked.
Even the text for help was not available.
There is no way to reach anybody to find out what happened or why.
Tomorrow I am going to town and getting different service. Will never recommend Straight Talk to anyone, but will surely warn anyone about them.
Thoroughly disgusted former customer.
