Straight Talk Wireless in Murfreesboro, Tennessee - Straight Talk is an awful company to deal with.

It took 4 days and 5 techs to decide what I tried to tell them, my phone was broke. Each call, each tech went over the same stuff every time. Even though they were suppose to write notes for next tech, no one checked, and if they asked me to take the battery out once it was 15 times. It's still under warranty and they will not send a replacement until I send my broke on (like I want to keep a broke phone). Now who knows how long it will take to get a phone. Every time I call "support" they just keep saying, sorry ma'am that is procedure.

Straight Talk Wireless - Minutes Refill Review from Morristown, Tennessee

I have been trying to refill my straight talk minutes for the past 2 days!!!! It says my phone is deactivated and my number is not in use!!!! For the past year I have had no problem and my number was obviously in use 2 days ago.....I paid to refill and it will not add it nor does it consider my phone to even exist! To beat it all, straight talk and walmart refuse to refund my refill card and say there's nothing I can do. So basically I paid for some bs.

Straight Talk Wireless in Kingsport, Tennessee - HORRIBLE Customer/Warranty Service

My phone is only 9 months old and the battery dies in 3-4 hrs. This is unacceptable. I called LG because the phone is still under warranty. They said the battery is covered; however, LG makes this phone specifically for ST and that ST services the warranty. LG said I had to call ST to get a new battery. I called ST and was told that they'd send me a new phone -- not just a battery. The catch is that I have to send them my phone 1st, then wait 4-10 days for them to send me the replacement. Again, this is unacceptable. It is ludicrous to expect a customer to be w/out his phone for a week. I have a business to run and this is my only phone. I stayed on the phone w/ST for 1 hr 45 mins and went through 4 layers of management. They refused to correct my problem and kept referring to their "procedure" (requiring me to send in my phone 1st and be w/out a phone for a week waiting for them to send me one once they receive mine). AGAIN, I did not ask for a new phone -- I just needed a battery. LG also said that only the battery needed to be replaced; however, they could not do it. ST had to do it according to their policy for this (Tracfone) phone. ST customer service sucks and their warranty process is unreasonable and unacceptable. This is the worst customer service experience I've had w/a product in several years.

Straight Talk Wireless in Johnson City, Tennessee - What didn't happen you mean!!!! Getting the run around no matter who they tell you to call!!!!

Tired of getting the run around by the reps and service people!!!! My Phone hasn't worked right in the whole month I've owned it and I purchased the 2 yr service plan, well that doesn't matter....no one wants to help, just passes you to someone else!!!! I don't understand how you can advertise something and not help your customers....Even the supervisors don't seem to know what they are talking about!!!! I have tried to get my issue resolved to no avail.... its been a week and still no help or answers! Being on the phone for hours is NOT good customer service!!!! Straight talk needs to get better at resolving there issues or advertise what you really offer!!!!

Very poor customer service.I had continuous problems with both phones purchase,when I spoke to customer service while out of town,they walked me thru 3 factory resets and told me if need to do another I wld be sent a new phone,well I had to call again and another factory reset and I told them the phone is still doing the same after 4 factory resets customer service rep acted as if he didnt hear me telling him its still doing the same thing he continued to say ok it shld be ok now NO it's not Ok it shld be ok now NO to where I finically hung up on him.When I returned home called again and they told me my warranty had expired I said really when on the 17th. Nice the day I had 4 factory resets and the customer service rep refused to hear me or send me another phone Bc they knew my warranty was up that same day.I talked to a supervisor she told me it was out of her hands,I cld buy a new phone and she wld give me 30 day service.No Thanx.I will never use straight talk always had problems with the phone their service.I am so disappointed that I don't even like to hear the Drs coming out of anyone's mouth.Very unprofessional never really wanting to satisfy the customer in my personal experience I hated having to call them it was always a hassle and the problem never being resolved.

Straight Talk Wireless in Elizabethton, Tennessee - Complete ***.

I recently just bought a 1 year card for my iPhone by straight talk. I paid 500 dollars & had it for 3 *** months & then one day my phone just stopped working out of nowhere, I called the *** ***'s & they said the terminated my service, because I used "too much data" me, pissed off because I wasted 500 dollars, I started to heat up a little, might I add, THERE IS NO WAY I USED THAT MUCH DATA. I Hadn't even used my phone that much & they decide to do that. Wrong. Their 45 unlimited *** is ***. Don't go to straight talk they suck & they're VERY RUDE! Not to mention, the guy I talked to said all I had to do to fix this was buy a new card, so I did 45 dollars.& when I went to put it on my phone they said I had to wait until my year service was up. So now I can not use my data without wifi. I can text & call, I just can't use Internet or apps that require it without wifi. *** YOU STRAIGHT TALK, you just lost 2 coustmers of 5 years.
