My husband and I have been ST customers for over a decade. We recently received texts promoting a free month of service for a new line.

Our daughters each have an iPhone 5 bought from Walmart for taking pics/playing games. We decided to do the free month for them, then go ahead start monthly service for them.

When my husband tried to connect the phones, he was told that the phones were “too old.” Walmart STILL SELLS iPhone 5’s! They just lost four customers.

Product or Service Mentioned: Straight Talk Wireless Account.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Nothing. Changing companies. .
