Straight Talk Wireless - Terrible Customer Service
I ordered a phone online Aug. 2nd.
Aug. 5th received the incorrect phone. Was instructed by ST to return it and the correct phone would be shipped. It is now Sept.
7th. I have not received the correct phone, received credit on my account. Every time I call I get a different story. I am so frustrated and mad.
Don't deal with these people. They are not honest and trustworthy. I can't understand most of the individuals I have spoke with. I have called numerous times, been put on hold for long periods of time and transferred from one department to another.
I don't have time for this. What a scam they have.

I purchased a 30$ card from walmart can't get a refund...had to spend another 45 for a card..this is ridiculous. ..why steal money
