The family person using the Straight-Talk home phone device died the end of last month. The phone service was paid for with automatic credit card charges.

The charges were made at the end of the month. The card was charged for another month [after the relatives death] even though we had disconnect the device and discontinued [via website] any more automatic credit card charges. We contacted Straight-Talk to request a refund for the extra month; we were passed around to three "customer service" people only to be told that Straight-Talk does not give refunds for automatic payments. NEVER ALLOW STRAIGHT-TALK TO AUTO DEDUCT FROM YOUR CREDIT CARD!!

YOU WILL BE SORRY. IT MAY BE PART OF THEIR BUSINESS MODEL TO TAKE $$ FOR SERVICES NOT REQUESTED AND NOT RENDERED!
