I purchased a phone card, and it wasn't rung up correctly. I called Customer service SEVEN different times, only to constantly get the run around.
When they finally answered, I was told to take it back to the store, get it re scanned, then call them back. For two hours I've been trying to solve an issue that should have taken less them 10 minutes.
