Straight Talk Wireless Service Transfer

Straight Talk Wireless in Mineola, Texas - Worst company in the world!!!!

Where does one start? Bought two phones. Lets call them A and B. A and B arrived. Talked to ***, who activated our phones, but gave phone A new number and provided us with t-mobile, which does not work where we live. Had to wait for new SIM card for A, so was unable to use A for a week. B worked but only where t-mobile could be received. ***, Jr. sent three SIM cards. We were able to get both phones on AT&T and they worked, but B could not be understood by person you called. ***, III told us we would receive new touch screen phone and B could be returned. Phone replacement never sent. Next call we talked with ***, IV who said we would only receive a shipping label for B and could not receive another phone until they received B. I think we have had it with straight talk. The lesson is don't ever deal with Straight Talk unless you want to become ***, V.

Contract companies have a way of billing a customer if they don't return a defective phone, Straight Talk does not. That is why their policy is to return the defective phone first.

Straight talk wireless rip off

I bought a phone and its a cheaply. So you get what you pay for right? Right. So that's why I'm pissed. StraightTalk does not give refunds as a matter of policy. Ok so when my cheaply made phone stopped being ably to use 3G data, right after I paid for a full month of unlimited data, I called them. During the course of talking to multiple people with Indian accents, who used names like Andrew and Xavier, I knew its all off-shore. They kept me on the phone for almost 2 hours before deciding that its just my phone that is the issue and then said with an accent "I hope we have resolved your issue. Thank you for calling straight talk." I got no straight talk from them. Issue unresolved. Rip off.

Straight Talk Wireless in Killeen, Texas - Straight talk nothing but incompetent customer service and rip

First off, my husband hasn't used or had his straight talk phone in several months. Completely damaged and cancelled. But since he was set up in the "auto pay" he has still been being charged. Call customer service a couple times and treated like dirt. Did nothing to help us. Also, put us through to the "over usage data department". Hmm, strange since the phone hasn't been in use. but charged us everything for someone else mistake. They said we haven't cancelled and we have been using that phone etc etc. They refuse to refund any money and also hung up on us. They are a horrible service to use. Their "unlimited data plan" is actually limited and you will be charged and also nothing will ever be their fault. think twice before using this service, because if you ever decide to cancel, you will get screwed. And DON'T use auto pay!!!!!

Straight Talk Wireless in Austin, Texas - Bad mobile service, bad customer service

I had Verizon and went to Straight Talk because the bill was so much lower. You get what you pay for. At least when I had Verizon, I could make a call, keep a call, and send and receive SMS and MMS. I drop almost ALL of my calls now. It's like 1997 on this service. 2 out of 3 times I try to make a call, I just get this awful screeching sound. Probably 1/3 of the calls I receive, I don't hear anything from the other side. Never had this problem before I had Straight Talk service. My SMS messages often take forever to send, and MMS messages can literally take most of a day. When my wife tries to send me MMS messages, I usually don't get them. Customer service is obviously outsourced to a non-English speaking country. They understand enough to know you're having a problem, but in the two times I have called, it has been nearly impossible to get them to understand the specifics of my issue. I wish I spoke any other language as well as they speak English, but still, it's not good enough for customer service.

I certainly hope that people will read this and take note of the terrible service straight talk and tracfone and all their customer service reps! I have had enough! plz do not use straight talk! I am sick of the reps arguing and not fixing my problem. just transfered from one rep to another! joke!!!!! Im so frustrated with straight talk abd i hope walmart will find an alternative service to service the consumer! I agree with most of these posts. I spent $180 on a Walmart Straight Talk phone that did not last 1 year.

Long story short. I sent my phone back, have not yet recieved another but my auto deduct for minutes is promptly charged. I was on the phone for approx 90 minutes (on my dime) with people whom I could not understand to rectify this and I was transferred 5 times, sent to other companies within this Straight Talk Help Desk, spoke to 2 managers, one which I was disconnected from. During this 90 minutes I was disconnected 3 times, to the point where I asked them not to transfer me.

I cannot begin to express my frustration. I am easy going. I recommended this affordable plan to friends with much regret.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS CO. IT IS NOT WORTH THE SAVINGS.

Straight Talk Wireless in Mineola, Texas - Unlimited Service, What A Joke!!!!

For All those who did not know this, cause I sure did not. Straight talk SAYS unlimited talk, text, and WEB; but in reality it is not. My internet was cut off today for high usage while I was out of town with no wifi for six weeks. If you call customer service all they do is send you to some bogus recorded message that states that they implemented this on May 31, 2013. The problem is they did such without notifying their customers. This is outrageous, why pay for unlimited if that is not what you are truly getting. If you have straight Talk or are considering getting it I strongly urge you to consider this when purchasing. They will not reimburse me for the false advertisement and they refuse to turn the internet service back on my phone until this service plan runs out in July. I purchased the three month plan prior to leaving for training and was never informed and cannot find any form of notification. They say my only other option is to buy a new BYOP sim card from them at an additional cost. This is truly one of the worst customer service departments, I have ever spoke to!

This customer is telling the truth. Straightalk is full of false advertisement and nobody will help.

Walmart say they give Veterans they do not. My son was in the field they turn his data off and told him to use military WiFi. To the customer whenever your card runs out they are not going to turn your web on. This happened to my son.

I called straight talk myself and the supervisor told me his system don't make mistakes only my race of people did.

Straight talk will never get $ for our service again. I rather pay more $ than have problems from them.
