Straight Talk Wireless in Dallas, Texas - STRAIGHT TALK PHONE SERVICE SUCKS!

my phone won't activate. I can't call customer service becasue I can't make any calls on my phone. I sent them an e-mail. They responded from an automatic system that I cannot respond to that they make take up to 5 days to respond to me. I had to wait until the next day to call customer service from my work phone. As I write this, I have been on hold for 1 hour already. Still holding. I'm bombarding them with e-mails. This is really frustrating. I had cricket, and I think I'm going back to them. They helped me set up my phone right away and I could call customer service immediately even before I had a phone number. I could also get internet constantly, on the bus, anywhere - forget it with Straight Talk. the only time I can get internet is when I'm getting my Time Warner Cable wireless in my apartment. $45 for nothing. I guess you get what you pay for. This has been very insulting. I hope people listen to this and that we shut them down. Straight Talk - YOU SUCK!

Straight Talk Wireless in Dallas, Texas - Getting Service /Tech Support

Unable to set up auto refill (today) online and auto phone service is poor. Have Great service as long as I can keep my phone activated. thanks for letting me vent... Just purchased a new phone, Motorola Flip Phone, and after numerous attempts (online) the service was transferred from my old phone except for information (i.e. pics, contact info, folders, etc.). Had NO phone service for 2 days, called numerous times, getting your automated service and it could not resolve my problem. You deactivated my old phone before activating my new phone. Please tell me you can transfer my old phone info, i.e. pics, contact numbers, folders to my new phone?
