Problem resolved because AT&T gave me a FREE phone plus 200.00 credit.

During Hurricane Michael I had no bars because rowers were down. When I finally got a signal a week later nothing went through because it said all my data was used up.

My sister bought me another 35.00 worth in data only to get nothing. It said no data. That is 70.00 in one month and still ended up using my phone in Wal Mart on their WiFi and still get nothing. Im ready to switch companies and go back to Boost.

Loosing a home is bad enough when every cent you have goes in just surviving. I cant afford another 70.00.

Thank goodness I have wifi again or I would have never gotten the news my brother passed away. Cry
