Tried to return a phone that was the wrong phone. I have been trying for 3 days, I was told by 7 customer service reps that they were sending an email with a return shipping label.
Still don't have an email from Straight Talk. I waas given a number to use at UPS, the number was no good.
I was sent to Fedex to ship same result number was not valid, was from 2019. This company is the worst.
