I have been a straight talk customer for over 3 years. To try to activate a new unlocked phone I spent 4 hours on the phone.

getting bounced to over 10 different people. Long story short not a single person there could activate my phone and they actually were unable to reactivate my current phone that was working before the call.

$300 and half a day later I have NO working phone. If you expect to call and work something out with this company make sure you have plenty of free time and Xanax to deal with the frustration.
