I was promised by your customer Service a Refurbished flip phone-- thanking me for being with them 10 years. Told them I 'm handicapped.

They told me they will mail me refurbished flip phone & use the same shipping box to send defective with the return address label.enclosed.I received only empty box with instructions once they get old phone---NEW PHONE WILL BE MAILED. I CANNOT BE WITHOUT A PHONE!!

Most likely their Call Center is located in the Philippines which might result with Communicction Problems. 6 times speaking with their Supervisor to resolve my problems with my mobile phone is like me talking.

to a Stupidvisor. Disconnected 6 times.

I've been with them 10 years. I have issues with my phone which I want resolved!!

Straight Talk Wireless Pros: Straight talk bc there no contract.

Straight Talk Wireless Cons: Service is very poor very verry poor, Time taking to get replacement phone.

A friend was telling me how good they were. We both went back to my original carrier Boost Mobile. Got me fixed up, even though Straight Talk bricked my phone and number. The next day.

Activated in 5 minutes. Good luck and be well friend.
