Bought a sevice plan refill card yesterday at walmart and lost it on the way back to car. So i called the customer support # and the lady said i had tofax a copy of receipt to them or fax it with a bunch of other #'s that she gave me to helpspeed up thhe process well we did both and still nothing.

So called tonight and transfered around several times and nobody can figure out what the hold up is, so i ask for supervisor and he said he cant help, so i ask for another supedrvisor amd the put me on hold until that person closed for the day. So still no phone for my wife and we' ve got 3 phones with them for several years with nothing like this happening, i have the receipt i do what they say to do and im on the phone a couple diffrent times for 30 min. To a hour each and nobody at straight talk wants to help a loyal customer. So i will be going back to a real cell phone company that will help you when you call customer support.

And they say they care but they dont have a clue about real customer service. Straighttalk sucks!!!
