The WORST service. I have been with STraight Talk for approximately 5 years.

When I first switched to them from TRACFONE I asked to keep my same telephone number. They gave me a NEW NUMBER. I got a new phone over a month ago and had been afraid to get my # changed from old phone to new phone, so waited until this week. I was on the phone with 5 different people and kept on getting disconnected.

I could not get to speak with anyone as when you call in you have to give your telephone number and the recording would say my phone is in the process of being activated and HANG up. How can it be so difficult to change telephones that I bought from STraight Talk and keeping the same number but 4 people couldn't do it. When I finally got the 5th person, he did it and told me that the other 4 people WERE NOT TRAINED properly. Duh!!!

Then when my phone started to work a couple of days later it was not. I had automatic payments and of course thought that would continue, but not with this crazy company. No one asked me if I wanted it to continue, but they decided to stop it. When I called, it was like I never existed.

They had almost no information about me, yet I had just spent 4 hours setting up this phone and had been with them for years. It took another 2 hours to re-set up my automatic payments.

RUN away from them and get a REAL cell phone company. Their website is also HORRIBLE.

User's recommendation: Run away as quick as possible.
