Been four months with no data on my phone I've spent countless hours on the phone with technicians that say they will call back but never do...I would not recommend this carrier service to anyone Id use pigeons to send a message before I'd use themfind a different carriercarrier they are terrible I can't begin to explain what I've went through I believe I ll seek legal advice

Dear maria thank you for your completely yseless response. In case you forgot what youre responding to your custimer service sucks worse than any company ive ever dealt with.
You literally provided the number that they are complaining about not getting the help from. Thank you though for clarifying the hours of the times that we can waste that much of our lives. Trying to talk to one of your customer service people to never get an issue resolved my favorite is when the females say their name is something like Neil or some guy you barely understand thst sound like habib trying to say his name is johnny. And when their rude attitudes can’t attempt to do anything tonhelp fix whatever issue has bedn called for and you asked for a supervisor they tell you they are the supervisor and when you say well there’s got to be somebody above you they say nope, they act like they’re the top of the chain that you can’t cheek.
Speak to nobody else above them customer service is a joke. I would literally rather shove bamboo sticks under my fingernails, then to have to deal with these people.
