Hi stephanie p Bqf. This is Maria from Straight Talk Wireless.
We truly apologize for any trouble this has given you. This is not what we want our customers to experience. Don't be concerned. We will make every effort to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
We will go out of our way to exceed your expectations. Regarding your concern, the main reason why you can't use your AT&T phone switch over to Straight Talk is Verizon owned this company. It seems that our system will detect either your phone is compatible or not. Once it is not compatible, you have to purchase a different device.
