Straight Talk Wireless - To get my phone seevice working
I bought the bring your own phone SIM activation kit & have been trying for days & days trying to get my phone working & haven't been able to get it done as of yet. I get people that DO NOT speak english very well, go through step after step, after step to get nowhere fast, to start doing it all over again...I just want the service on my phone on without any more issues!
To actually speak to someone who knows what they are doing & to do it already!!! WTF!!!
User's recommendation: DO NOT PICK THIS SERVICE/PLAN OR ANYTHING THAT HAS TO DO WITH STRAIGHT TALK cuz it's nothing but BULLSHIT!!!!
Monetary Loss: $100.
Preferred solution: The situation resolved my phone working and a bunch of free service cuz of their bad customer service and so on from this company.
Straight Talk Wireless Cons: Hours of my time being wasted still no service, No resolve in sight more time wasted over days & days.
