Straight Talk Wireless - Unsatisfied with customer service

I purchased a new straight talk phone and actived it on 11/11/2021 after 4 days realized that the frame was bent. I called, they said they would issue a label to have it replaced.
I returned it and received a new (refurbished) one that was worse than the new one I returned. When I called back to let them know that the refurbished one had the same issue, I was on hold for over 3 hours with nothing resolved. The phone the sent as a replacement was dirt, withe finger prints all over it. They didn't even clean it.
I have been a customer for years with no issues up until now.
The phone I purchased was $199.00, and it's now on sale for $99.00. So why not just replace the item with a new one or give me a refund of $99.00 This whole situation is all around just terrible customer service.
User's recommendation: Be aware you may not get the results you want.
Monetary Loss: $230.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
