Straight Talk Wireless - Useless customer service

Service in the past 5-6 weeks has all but disappeared when at home. If we go out on sidewalk we get maybe 1 bar.
Tried several different makes of phones and they sent a replacement sim to try but that did not help. They claim that AT&T verified the Imei and their network is working fine (of course they would) .
But speaking with other customers from all the different carriers are asking the same thing "what's up with the cell reception lately". We know we had cell service inside 2 months ago.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
