I'm still not happy with the fact that I have my other phone out there that they had logged into my Gmail and it has private stuff on there and I'm going to contact Walmart now for customer service because that is against anything to keep someone's phone with their private stuff in there.

I was on vacation last week and my phone must have gotten wet or something happened! Long story short I went to the nearest Walmart and I paid I think $179 for the phone they said I could hook the phone up myself they said I could come back tomorrow if I couldn't well I tried all night and all the rest of the day even use someone else's phone to call and call and call straight talk they even called someone back a neighbor that was near where I was staying they didn't return any other calls at all they are not helpful I was without a phone for 4 days!

Also the last Walmart same Walmart I went to got the phone before I left to come home because I have a lot of family and members and grandkids that were really worried I had to have a phone it would not return my phone for even a cheaper phone even higher phone!

They left me in there with this time about 4 hours of getting nothing done but giving me a new phone and it's saying it wouldn't work either but my gmails were left on the other phone I have started putting everything together on this phone and it's acting as if it's activated I called straight talk I can't get anything accomplished I can't get anything to say that what's happened or whatever I know I have a phone now and I'm learning how to work it but I'm so displeased with this I will not contact and continue to contact anybody because I need to be contacted ASAP by supervisor or somebody because I have spent much time trying to get this done and I'm very very unhappy like I said!! SO PLEASE RETURN MY EMAIL @ brandykaye83@***.com And I'd like a supervisor supervisor to call me @870-714-**** AsAP

User's recommendation: No thanks.

Monetary Loss: $400.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Straight Talk Wireless Pros: I thought rates, Prices of their plans, Coverage area, Affordability, How it worked when i bought it.

Straight Talk Wireless Cons: To reach customer service is a nighmare, Dont honor loyalty, Doesnt work frequently, Very poor data coverage, Could not understand their english speaking representatives.

Okay now I've added minutes last night on my phone and they did not go through so therefore I cannot make any calls or anything I'm on Wi-Fi but I cannot get this straightened out until I get to another phone and have to stay on the phone which will probably be later and they'll be closed !! I'm supposed to receive phone calls from my lawyer concerning my nanny and my aunt's death okay so this is very important to me this is what I'm talking about they didn't have the phone I bet you they don't have it registered I don't understand this and I really am upset about this this is very important
