They have done the same thing to me I send one in and get a broke one back they have sent me 3 broke phones .they should make it up in one way or another. I had to cancel my credit card to avoid being charged 5 or 6 times for one month. Every time I tried to cancel auto refill (which I never signed up for) I would get2more texts confirming auto refill!

It was like a hydra! Finally I just cancelled my card! :upset they even suggested that someone with my information was signing me up for it!

It was clearly a glitch in the system,why would an identity thief use my credit card info to pay 6 times for me to have one month of service? Take responsibility sheesh.

Straight talk customer service is really slow and bad. They do not have good coverage. Data is not unlimited, i called them many times they put in holds for hours. They lies lot. No data at all. Called the customer service many times and every times they transfer to other department ( Internet) but no ones takes the call even after waiting hours in holds. Finally line cuts itself. Again I called them , they said now it won't happen like before, they said I my call will be handle by another department but there was no one to take my calls, I tried from morning till late afternoon, but no one was there to talk about the problem. I told them to cancel my auto enrollment (my monthly billing), they did not help me to cancel it also. They told I can cancel anytimes, they are just there to charge money ( take action very soon) but to cancel they transfer line to other department and kept me in hold till I finish my cell phone battery charge. I m really sad, I even cannot cancel my payment. I don't know why they are so rude and not helping their customer. It is really sad to be straight talk customer.

I registered a complaint with the FCC because straight talk didn't fix a problem with me receiving text messages (I could send them but couldn't receive any unless I initiated the conversation) I called them 9 times! Finally a internet search lead me to the answer.

They were awful. They have no business being a wireless "provider". I did the same to At&t when they refused to apply a $5 credit on my account to my monthly refills leaving my $5 in their possession for many months.

Complaining forces them to contact YOU and resolve the problem but I don't expect carriers to reform themselves since they are a oligopoly, a state of limited competition, in which a market is shared by a small number of producers or sellers. The FCC really needs to wrest the airwaves out of the hands of the big carriers and prevent resellers that can't provide customer service from getting into the business.

Where to begin ! I feel *** for trying to sort things out with them for over a year and am finally going to end it when my service ends this month. Despite calling them over a dozen times in 18 moths and patiently explaining the situation, it has got worse - within the last week I got 3 emails from them, 1 thanking me for restarting phone and 2 warning me my end was due and to do automatic payment (no freaking way and pay for at least 4 phones) the 3 phone no's are nothing to do with me, I call them and tell people to call straight talk themselves but this situation just gets worse, it is always different numbers so I am starting to wonder if someone at ST is taking the *** with me, I kept thinking surely they can't be 'this' inefficient and after I explain it, they will sort it out, I only called them 2 weeks ago and explained to only have 'my' phone number associated with my email address and she confirmed that's all they had. BTW I always ask for a supervisor now since the first line operatives seem to barely understand English and seem to have extremely limited mental capacity - sorry to be rude but you try talking to them and explaining a problem, it's like they can only read from a script and can't deviate from it whatever you tell them - beginning to think they must advertise for *** with such high unemployment you'd think they could get better workers but I honestly think the ST company don't care. I live in a rural area where ST was the only option for reception around home but now I have had enough, it shouldn't be this much of a problem. Oh and they keep texting me "happy birthday" several times during the year - but of course NOT on my actual birthday - I also told the supervisor that (in a light hearted way) 2 weeks ago, a few days after that I got a 'Happy Birthday' email - yep, wasn't my birthday - I laughed so much, I've gotten to the point where I don't expect them to get anything right and find the whole thing ludicrous.
