Straight Talk is HORRIBLE! | Straight Talk Wireless review from Fredericksburg, Virginia

Voice recognition software does not undestand spoken English. The customer Service doesn't either. Have a problem? The help you do get, their mind is already made up about your problem before you finish explaining it to them! I called Directory assistance and wanted a non-emergency number for a police department it gave me a number for a Lowe's Home Improvement center on the opposite side of the country. It's a bad buy. The phone does not send photos like it should. Can not use other apps that should run on it and it's just a waste of money. The aggravation it provides is not worth the $45 a month. It drops calls all the time. I have to constantly call people back sometimes up to 15 times in a 5 minute period. I am going to take this phone and run the car over it. Walmart doesn't car that it is selling the crappiest phone on the market.

Straight talk shut off (permently without notice)y phone prior to bill becoming due they said because I was calling 1800 number and staying too long on the phone. Said I was violating terms and conditions ST said that I cannot reactivate my ST phone $200+ phone said I would have to buy another phone and reactivation card.

If i knew that that their unlimited data plan and calling was s big scam I would have never bought the phone the phone only works on straight talk I can't even rechip the phone. Strieght Talk has cost me over $200 + I had to buy another phone from another carrier.

This is not a no service contract company. this is a NO SERVICE company.

Phone broke less than a year. Two weeks still no replacement phone don't know when if ever be replaced because they refuse to tell you. If you would enjoy being without your phone for extended amount of time then this is the no service for you! And....

You lose all your info because guess what they can't transfer it again NO SERVICE. wal mart sells the phones and the service but totally washes their hand of any responsibility to their coustomers.
