Ive bought two new straight talk phones to replace my old straight talk phones. Ive been told i cant use them. Take them back. If i could i would but you cant take back once you open them ive talk to two people whove been rude once i ask if she was still on the phone....

How can you autopay on the second of each month when not every month has 30 days and that's what their billing cycle runs? My auto refill comes out every 30 days...period, so I better have money in the bank.

Plus they send me a text a couple of days before it's drawn out. Any other people get billed on a set day of the month like this person?

The customer service for straight talk is absolutely ridiculous! The way they treat their customers is completely horrible. I work for another company and consulted with straight talk and they tried to give me the run around as well as my customer. They treated my customer completely awful as well as completely ignored everything he was saying. The customer just wants to unlock his phone so he can use it after purchasing it nearly 2 months ago. Their policy for unlocking phones and having to wait 12 months in order to unlock the phone is absurd.

I purchased an lg31l 6 months ago. The phone will not download attachments or pictures in emails and will not download apps. I contacted customer service 4 times, given the same run around excuse, problems with the towers in my area, problem shoiud be solved in 24 hours. I have been in other areas an states and have the same problem. 6 months later the problem is still not resolved.

Never resolved, they are the worst cell company around. There customer service can't understand enough English to understand or resolve any issues.

At&t go phone it is. Later straight talk Philippines or where ever u are.
