Firstly I cancelled my service with them and stopped my bank auto-draft. Yet they still debited my bank account after cancellation.

Secondly, I requested my number to be ported and after 48 hrs they said they did not receive the port request. After being on hold for 3 call being dropped...said they will call back...nada...requested a credit...chats...calls I am beyond pissed!

User's recommendation: Absolutely NEVER deal with Straight Talk - GO TO VISIBLE!

Monetary Loss: $55.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
