Straight Talk Wireless - Why is my auto pay being done 5 days before due date and my service is interrupted

My auto pay is due the 4th . 2 days ago you tried debting my bank account.
Payment didnt go through cause I get paid the 3 rd every month. And phone service cut off now and I am pissed off
User's recommendation: Straight talk needs regular customer service Ppl instead of hiding behind automated ***.
Preferred solution: My service on and stop auto pay .
