I could not talk to a real human.

The Gentleman we spoke with two weeks ago told us if we waited two weeks we would have a Tower working by then.

We are very disappointed. We have not had Internet or WiFi since we moved here after our home burned in 2018. No one Services this area even though our neighbors have AT&T

And we do not want Sattelite.

User's recommendation: I hope you have a better experience than we did. I’m still waiting and hoping!
