Straight Talk Wireless - Won't refund payment for unused service
I have had Straight Talk for several years and have had to deal with their poor customer service several times. My auto was setup with auto refill.
I had auto refill hit my credit card on the 24th of Dec. I ported my number to new service on Dec 26th. I contacted them to get a refund for the service not used. They are refusing to prorate the service and refund the money for the unused service.
I have contacted them online and by phone.
I don't expect a full refund, just the amount for the unused service. This is another showing of poor customer service from this company.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
Monetary Loss: $48.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
Straight Talk Wireless Pros: Unlimited plan has served me well.
Straight Talk Wireless Cons: Incompetant customer service.
