I have ordered a phone four times. It has been cancelled all three times for seemingly no reason whatsoever.

I called in to the customer service number every time, and they did not know why my orders were being cancelled.

I spent three total hours on the phone with the worst customer support service I have ever used. They either couldn't help me and transferred or couldn't speak basic English well enough to understand me.

I tried ordering online and through the terrible "sales representitives".

I spelled my address out eight (not exaggerating EIGHT) times and they managed to get it wrong and my FOURTH order was cancelled because of this.

Each time I ordered my card had a hold for the amount, so I had to wait two days in between each order.

Seriously save yourself time and energy. Go to Verizon/AT&;;;;;;;;;;;;;T/Sprint/ANYTHING ELSE AVAILABLE first.

User's recommendation: DO NOT USE STRAIGHTTALK FOR ANY REASON.
