This is the fourth week without a phone,I was called sat.9=16 & was told to call a 800# mon.9-18 to get a tracking # for the return of a new black box,& they WILL OVER NIGHT IT,I called & was on hold over 17 min.On a phone I pay min.onI have wasted over 180 min on straight talk.I was promised by over 6-9 people that as soon as they recived the old box they would send new one overnight.I called & was told no overnight.In 4 weeks I have NOT GOTTEN THE TRUTH FROM STRIGHT TALK.I have asked to retur my call instead of being on hold over 17 min.So far they don't show to have the truth in the WHOLE company
