I attempted to pay my bill online 2 days ago but was told that the transaction wouldn't go through and that I needed to call customer service. After calling customer service they told me to call back b/c they had a "glitch" in the system. WTF is that supposed to mean? So I called back and they said that they couldn't do anything about it and that I would have to wait 24 hours in order to call them back about my case. They proceeded to give me a case #. It was very inconvenient to my life having to deal with all these issues.
1 Month ago I also had a problem with my straight talk phone. It was showing just a black screen with a loading circular image on it. Once again I called them and they told me that the only thing that they could do was hard reset my whole phone. This means that everything would be erased and deleted off of my phone, apps EVERYTHING!!
DO NOT GET STRAIGHT TALK IT IS CHEAP, BUT NOT QUALITY.
